Yes, this it what it means to be Canadian. -28degC with a -44C wind-chill. I can't imagine what is going through the minds of the Syrian refuges that arrived in Ottawa a few weeks ago.

"Chapters" is one if the best places to sketch people - you have to be fast though - your model subjects usually are there only for a couple minutes!
